FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: according to the invention the multiple-element electrochemical capacitor (ECC) consists at least of one rolled and electrolyte-saturated layer of electrically insulating film with alternating heteropolar electrode blades gradually laid on it and divided with porous ion-conducting partition. Each electrode blade represents the substrate made from non-woven polymer material with high porosity, with at least one electrode fixed on one or both of its sides or within its volume; at that, electrodes of heteropolar electrode blades consist of nano-structured carbon materials of various types, one of which has maximum high specific surface and relatively low electric conductivity, and the second one has relatively high specific surface and relatively high electric conductivity. Electrodes also include nano-dimension particles of metal or its connections, or redox polymers.

EFFECT: improving specific characteristics of stability and service life of electrochemical capacitor.
