FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: screw gear contains screw (1) made with possibility of connection to the motor, nut (2) and two supports. Screw (1) is installed in one floating support and in second support fixing in two directions and installed in casing (6) with covers (7) and (8). The fixing support contains rollers (9), two rings (10), two rows of balls (12). At screw (1) section inside the fixing support the ring alternating projections and grooves are made, they interact with projections and grooves of rollers (9). This connection during the screw rotation transfers the axial force to the rollers. Rings (10) prevent radial movement of the rollers, and balls (12) transfer load from rollers to one of casing (6) covers. Cylindrical parts (14) are screwed in covers (7) and (8), the cylindrical parts are supports for balls (12) and ensure individual adjustment of the axial clearances for each roller. After adjustment position of the cylindrical parts (14) is fixed by nuts (15).
EFFECT: increased work reliability and decreased process expenses during manufacturing.
