SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle exterior signalling devices intended for installation as vehicle side lights. Vehicle side light with irremovable light source module consists of hermetic enclosure made as monolithic connection with socket integrated with male connector of enhanced reliability, and lens. Irremovable light source is made on the basis of single multichip SMD light emitting diode. Monolithic lens is made of transparent polymer, does not have holes and combines functions of cube-corner reflector. Secondary optics is made as collection of second-degree surfaces of rotation the centres of which coincide with light-emitting diode optical axis and is integrated into cube-corner reflector which is part of outer lens.

EFFECT: manufacturing of vehicle side light with high rates of reliability and energy efficiency, with high degree of protection against external impacts, with minimum possible overall thickness providing ease of installation and mounting on vehicle both in horizontal and vertical planes.
