SUBSTANCE: protective coating contains, wt %: 2.5-27 Al2O3; 1-15 CaO; 6-8 MgO; 1.5-2.5 B2O3; 1-2.5 BaO; 5-7.52 BaO·3SiO2; 3-5 2MgO·2Al2O3·SiO2; 0.5-2 Bamorphous; 20-30 MoSi2; SiO2 - the remaining part.
EFFECT: reduction of oxidability values, coefficient of adhesion and required specific pressure on workpiece in the process of hot processing by pressure, increase of moisturising ability of workpiece surface at high temperatures of heating.
