SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective coating against oxidation. Protective process coating comprises, wt%: SiO2 15-21; MgO 5-10; Na2O 7-8.5; 3CaO·Al2O3 1-9; Al2O3·MgO 2-5; B2O3 8-12.5; Bamorphous 2.5-3.5; NiAl2O4 3-5; NiSiO4 3.5-10; Al2O3 - balance.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is to improve heat resistance, toughness, lower specific pressure and friction coefficient of coating at temperatures of heating dies of up to 1,400 °C.
