SUBSTANCE: proposed invention covers process coat for steels and alloys with the following chemical composition, in wt %: Al2O3 - 19-35, CaO - 1-8, MgO - 1-7.5, 3CaO·Al2O3 - 0.8-1.2, CaO·6Al2O3 - 3-11, BaO·6Al2O3 - 3-5, MgO·Al2O3 - 0.3-1, SiO2 making the rest.
EFFECT: high-quality surface of metal parts in heating in common furnace without controlled atmosphere.
