FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to needle-free disposable injectors. A needle-free disposable injector comprises an enclosure, wherein a mechanical energy storage unit, a cylinder-piston assembly, an actuating shaft for piston support and a starter unit are mounted. The actuating shaft for piston support is placed between a spring-loaded energy storage unit and a piston of the cylinder-piston assembly. The spring-loaded energy storage unit comprises at least one pre-stressed spring-loaded element. The actuating shaft for piston support driven by the spring action of the spring rests against the enclosure by means of bearing bars or draw hooks; a contact area arranged between an individual bearing bar or draw hook and the actuating shaft for piston support represents a wedge pair pressing the specific bearing bar or draw hook out. The enclosure consists of a thin-wall metal sheet. The metal sheet has at least two arms; each free end of the arms comprises an inclined retainer or opening, which in each specific case are used to accommodate a cylinder of the cylinder-piston assembly; the metal sheet has at least two tensile bars or at least two draw hooks, free ends of which in each specific case are reflected at an angle to form a heel for the actuating shaft for piston support. The starter unit comprises at least one sliding starter element located on the enclosure. The starter element is provided with windows or long grooves, wherein the heels of the bearing bars or the heels of the draw hooks penetrate after the disposable injection is released. The starter element represents a four-sided tube enveloping the metal sheet, and has arrest notches in at least two places for the temporary fixation of the metal sheet.
EFFECT: using the invention enables providing the ensured efficiency of the injector with simplifying the structure and process flow design of the process of manufacturing the injector.
