FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely disposable injectors. A disposable needle-free injector with a body wherein or whereon there are respective, at least widely separated at least one mechanical spring-restrained electric storage, at least one cylinder-piston assembly at least intermittently filled with an active substance, at least one piston actuating plunger which actuates a plunger disc, and at least one starter unit. The spring-restrained electric storage comprises at least one pre-loaded spring element supported on the plunger disc. At least a portion of the piston actuating plunger is arranged between the spring-restrained electric storage and the piston of the cylinder-piston assembly. The spring-restrained piston actuating plunger has at least one at least occasionally transversally movable draw hook which uses a heel to support the spring-restrained electric storage on at least one bearing surface of the body. The piston actuating plunger comprises at least one group of one or more draw hooks each of which is formed by the heel with a pull bar. The draw hooks have internal walls representing portions of an envelope shaped after a truncated cone cover and enveloping a cavity shaped after the truncated cone cover arranged between the draw hooks. The cross-sections of the cavity increase with distance from the plunger disc. Between the adjoining draw hooks there are formed radial slots enlarged upwards. The starter unit represents or has a starter element which when actuated makes the heel draw away from the bearing surface or free the draw-away therefrom.
EFFECT: invention is needle-free; with its small structural dimensions it has a few structural elements and provides ease of use, reliable storage and performance.
