FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: railway overhead catenary bracket comprises a horizontal 1 and inclined 2 rods hinged by one of attachment fittings 3, 4 at the support 5 and interconnected by a hinge connector 6 mounted at the horizontal rod 1 and interacting with a lug at the end of the inclined rod 2. The bracket comprises also a racking shore 7 interacting with the inclined 2 and horizontal 1 rods through the shore attachment fittings 8, 9, a swivelling block 10 of the carrier cable 11 attachment at the horizontal rod 1, a pin lock 12 with attachment fitting 13 at the inclined rod 2 and a supporting line 14 of the pin lock 12 that connected the pin lock 12 and the inclined rod 2 through attachment fittings 15, 16. All attachment fittings have similar design and include a case made as a bushing 17 inserted at a tube of the respective bracket rod and equipped with an element 18 that fixes position of the bushing 17 at the tube, at that the bushing 17 has lugs 19, 20, forming a yoke hinged with lugs of the respective rods by the axis 21. The elements fixing positions of the case bushings for the above fittings at the tubes are made as bolts 49 set in threaded openings in the case bushings. Ends of the bolts 49 are made as cones 50 with closed conical openings 51, at that angles between the formed outside and inside conical surfaces are 60° and crossing a conical surfaces form a sharp edge 52 interacting with surface of the respective tube.
EFFECT: improving reliability of the bracket, reducing its steel intensity and simplifying its mounting.
