FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food and medicine industries and can be used as fluid and gas cleaner. This filter comprises case with bottom and cover, fouled substance feed pipe and cleaned substance discharge pipe and filtration material arranged in said case. Device comprises platform arranged outside and perpendicular to device case to displace vertically along said case. Said case accommodates cylindrical nozzle with two opposed permanent magnets. Said nozzle envelopes said case to run there about. Filter material consists of ferromagnetic powder of spherical bodies sized to 30-60 mcm embedded in dense structure in spinning magnetic field of cylindrical nozzle. Said case houses pipe to feed fluid for cleaning of filtering material and pipe to discharge substances obtained after cleaning of filtering material. Cylindrical nozzle comprises permanent magnet mechanical switch to vary magnetic powder structure at self-cleaning. Cylindrical nozzle is connected via helical gearing with gear wheel engaged via reduction gear with motor. Aforesaid platform is engaged via worm gear with motor. Cylindrical nozzle spins continuously about device case.
EFFECT: high-quality filtration, expanded range of hardware, selective filtration, self-cleaning without mechanical breakdown.
