FIELD: liquid purification, particularly for liquid cleaning of ferromagnetic and mechanical contaminants in chemical, petrochemical and other industries, as well as in private life for potable water cleaning and in heat-supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises body with removable lid. The body consists of precipitation chamber and sludge tank separated one from another with grid. Vertical partitions are installed in precipitation chamber at lower edge of inlet pipe so that the vertical partitions are transversal to solid partition, which divides precipitation chamber in two sections. Constant magnets grouped in vertical and horizontal rows are provided on all partitions.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of highly-contaminated water cleaning due to provision of equal liquid flow velocity in any channel defined by vertical partitions and possibility of water treatment in all precipitation chamber volume along with dead zone elimination.
