FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: each skate-ski is composed of at least three parts: a block part in the form of a hollow beam and two console parts interacting (from different ends) with the hollow block part and jointly determining the length of the skate-ski; each console part is designed so that to enable flat reciprocating linear movement within the block part horizontal plane by means of devices adjusting: skate-ski length, rigidity and control over the value of the consoles protrusion relative to the block part butt-ends. The skate-skis allow not to break them off from the running track during running (which achieves a long-time dream of all ski users, putting into practice the law of nature: "Pull what is flat"), to adjust and control the skate-skis length, train different muscle groups and use the skate-skis in six different movement modes (classic, non-classic, free style, Gaussoidal and Gauss sinusoidal, sinusoidal), to increase the speed of movement, to arrange power local hypoxic training, to use maximally short skate-skis that are convenient to operate, store in a space-efficient way, transport, carry and conserve by way of change of skate-skis length, to attach footwear in a conventional way, to change the diagram characteristics, to do without lubrication with ointments, paraffins, powders and gels and other rather variegated ski outfit. The skate-skis user users approximately 90% of muscles.
EFFECT: skate-skis are designed so that to be used by a user of any body height and weight in any skate-skiing step modes.
