SUBSTANCE: method of movement on ski, ski-rollers, skate-ski(hereafter - products) consists in the following: platforms are installed by means of dampers on exchangeable product profiles with possibility of catapulting, where the exchangeable profiles are made with possibility of linear displacement and fixation on the platforms, herewith, products are put at start in parallel and when the products are exposed to action of muscular dynamic force by both legs, hands and musculoskeletal system at the same time the user performs catapultic-pitching quick continuous cyclic displacements; as a result, movement projections on frontal plane form continuous parabolic curves of the second order, and for subsequent movement after above mentioned cyclic movement has been completed the user proceeds to one of four known styles of pace.
