SUBSTANCE: proposed method is implemented owing to uninterrupted contact of sliding surface of skis, states-skis and rollers of roller-skis with road cover over the entire distance. This contact is combined with alternating total diversification in use of the new generation of aforesaid strokes: classic know-stroke, sinusoidal stroke, Gauss stroke, Gauss-sinusoidal stroke at the use of innovation techniques at start acceleration, that is, catapult-gallop technique. It allows changing the profile characteristic of said articles. This is executed with the help of device allowing the loads at arms and shoulders of the user.
