FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use for fixation of ties, scarves and neckerchiefs. The device for attachment of a tie to a shirt consists of three clamps and a flexible joint. The first clamp is attached to the bottom end of the flexible joint along or at an angle to it with the clamping device turned upwards to attachment to the tie inside. The second clamp is attached to the top end of the flexible joint perpendicular or at an angle to it and is designed so that to enable through passage of the tie knot from the inside. The third clamp for attachment to the shirt central strip is positioned perpendicular or at an angle to the flexible joint with the clamping device turned to the left. The third clamp is equipped with a ring or hole ensuring the possibility of free motion along the flexible joint.

EFFECT: limiting the tie mobility in case of a gust of wind or bowing.
