The fastening device includes a platform with stiffeners and a central hole and a plate with attachment points to the bearing surface. The edges of the plates intended for attachment to the platform are made narrower than the width of the main part of the plate. The platform contains holes-slots in the places where the plates are attached. The fastening of the plates to the platform is characterized by the placement of a narrow part of the tape in the slot-hole in the platform until it stops in the transitions of the narrow part of the plate to the main one with a bend in the protruding part of the plate.
