SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clothes, in particular to ties with prefabricated knot, and can be used as an element of clothes, an accessory in an adult’s or a child’s wardrobes. Tie attachment device with imitation of tie knot, fixed on attachment device, is characterized by the fact that the fastening device consists of a body in the form of a bird with wings, with a part protruding from the body in the form of a pin and a washer for this part for fastening a strip of textile material with two ends to the fastening device, and tie-to-shirt attachment system. System for fastening a tie to a jacket consists of a clamp with a T-shaped end installed in a metal plate, with slots made in it and fixed on the body so that the clamp is spring-loaded between the two parts of the plate, made with rounded hooks, with the possibility of being fixed in the open and closed state.

EFFECT: simple, fast and safe use of a tie, which does not require tying a knot and wearing around the neck, with an identical aesthetic classical appearance of the tie.
