SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the structural panels. The structured panel includes the inner material of the base, having the first and second opposite surfaces, first and second facing films, respectively associated with the first and second opposite surfaces. In this case, the panel includes the open-structured film inserted between the first surface of the base and its corresponding facing film, and panel doesn't include the glue.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the panel weight and increase the peel strength.
