FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing oil extracts of vegetable material includes treating the material with an extractant containing vegetable oil, an aqueous-glycolic phase and a surfactant in a rotary-oscillatory apparatus in continuous circulation mode with the ratio of the vegetable material to oil ranging from 1:10 to 1:20 for 5-20 minutes at temperature of 40-55°C, followed by separation of the solid vegetable part. The aqueous-glycolic phase used is aqueous 1,2-propylene glycol in amount of 1-10% of the weight of the vegetable material.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an oil extract with high content of extracted biologically active substances, preserves microbiological purity of extracts over the guaranteed shelf life and cuts the duration of the process.
