FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: pharmcomposition consists of biologically active substances extracted from medicinal vegetable raw, antibacterial agent, dimexide and synthetic high- and low-molecular polyethylene oxides at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: 100-% dimexide phytoextract, 5-15; high-molecular polyethylene oxide, 20-40; antibacterial agent, 0.5-1; and low-molecular polyethylene oxide, up to 100. Preparation is prepared by raw extraction with absolute dimexide by two stages: the main extraction is carried out for 1-3 h and after extract removing - the additional extraction for 1 h. Extract is pressed out from the raw, settled for 2 days and filtered under press. Firstly, polyethylene oxides and then antibacterial agents were dissolved in the filtered extract at the same temperature. Ratio of vegetable raw and dimexide (extract) = 1:10. Preparation is made as liniment, ointment or suppository that depends on polyethylene oxides molecular mass and ratio with respect to other components.
