FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a base where a gear motor is rigidly fixed. The gear motor vertical shaft is hollow. The flange bushing is rigidly fixed in a shaft cavity coaxially to it. On the bushing flange a mobile faceplate is fixed which has axles with rollers heads attached to it. Seating openings for axles are made central or with eccentricity. Rollers heads are designed toothed and enclosed by gear belt fixed by flexible links. The gear belt is designed bilateral, while flexible links - as a unilateral gear belt. On rollers heads the separator simulating the product form is fixed. Inside the shaft coaxially to it the motionless axle is rigidly fixed in the base by its lower end. On the top end of the motionless axle a grinder designed as a motionless faceplate is placed without possibility of rotation.
EFFECT: productivity of grinding process is increased and the device design at the same quality of the processed surface is simpler.
