SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of abrasive processing of materials and can be used for finishing of parts, for example, surfaces of multifaceted carbide replaceable plates. In compliance with this method, plates are fed into processing zone between top and bottom discs. Pre-processed replaceable plates are placed in the profiled grooves of the separator, covered with the separator-substrate on top of the plane of the chip breaker of the plates and grinding of the carbide replaceable plates, thereafter, they are placed on pallets, placed in a fluid-abrasive processing unit, and hydroabrasive honing is performed.

EFFECT: higher quality of processed surface.
