A system involves an imaging data addition device configured to add the imaging data of the involved tissue of interest and healthy tissue of interest to the flow and perfusion dimensions for the involved and healthy tissues of interest. The system also comprises an assessment device configured to form a signal specifying the collateral classification based on the flow and perfusion dimensions.
