FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy. This device comprises reactor of dielectric material with gauze detachable bottom and plate electrodes connected to electrical system with pulse generator and accumulation vessel of dielectric for undersize powder. Note here that it comprises extra gauze bottom with meshes smaller than those of said detachable bottom. Said extra bottom is fitted in said reactor to rule out powder fouling with major residues of material not ground. Accumulation vessel cooling jacket is made of zinc-plated iron and lined with heat-insulating material that features low heat conductivity factor. Oscillatory system makes disperse material vibrate. This device allows control over inert fluid level in reactor, oscillatory system vibration and voltage and current pulse length by NC system.
EFFECT: more stable operation, powder purity making 99,99%.
