SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a small-size power amplification device. A small-size power amplification device comprising at least one area parallel to the XY plane and at least two amplifier modules (41a, 41b) mounted on the area, wherein each amplifier modules (41a, 41b) comprises an amplifier element (11a, 11b), an input connection waveguide (12a, 12b) and an output connection waveguide (13a, 13b), oriented in the same direction X which corresponds to the longitudinal direction of propagation, wherein the amplifier element (11a, 11b) has an input and output axis (18a, 18b), oriented in the direction Y, perpendicular to the direction of propagation X. The device is characterised by that the input connection waveguides (12a, 12b) of the two amplifier modules (41a, 41b) are different, have different lengths (La1, Lb1) and are mounted parallel to each other; the output connection waveguides (13a, 13b) of the two amplifier modules (41a, 41b) are different, have different lengths (La2, Lb2) and are mounted parallel to each other, wherein the sum of the lengths (La1+La2, Lb1+Lb2) of the input and output connection waveguides of one amplifier module is the same for each amplifier module: La1+La2=Lb1+Lb2.
EFFECT: effective combination of elementary amplifiers in an active antenna cell.
