FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for heat treatment of grain and can be used in the combined feed industry. The line comprises a magnetic separator, a rolling press, a cooler. The grain material purified from metallomagnetic impurities on the magnetic separator is fed into the hopper of the micronisator from which is directed using the dispenser to the vibrating conveyor. As it is moved along the conveyor over which the block of gas infrared burners is mounted, the grain is continuously moved and rotated to provide uniform heating of its entire surface. After intensive heating the grain enters the rolling press where it is rolled in the gap between the rotating rollers. The resulting flakes are fed to the cooler. The exhaust air from the cooler is cleaned in a cyclone and is removed to the atmosphere. For exhausting the combustion products over the block of gas burners the umbrella with an exhaust fan is mounted.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the quality of combined feed.
