FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production and can be used for micronization of fodder grain by infrared radiation in the preparation of feed for farm animals. The installation has a fixed base, equipped with a lifting mechanism for changing the angle of inclination of the swivel frame, a flat-bottomed conveyor chute, a base for installing a rack to which a rod with an infrared radiation source is attached, a vibration stimulator and a receiving hopper. A main conveyor chute with a concave bottom shape and a bottom radius of 0.05 to 0.5 m is attached to the flat-bottomed conveyor chute. The main chute is attached with the possibility of rotation around its attachment point. Slot-like holes are made in the bottom of the main chute, occupying one third of the entire length of the surface of the main chute and located at its end.
EFFECT: use of the invention will ensure uniform heating of the treated seeds with the possibility of separating non-micronized grain.
