FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for production of micronized flakes for starter and pre-starter feedstuffs for young stock of farm animals due to use of biogas produced by utilization of organic wastes of cattle-breeding complexes. Combined process line comprises grain bin installed along the process flow, screw feeder, magnetic separator, humidifying machine, hopper for grain consolidation, steaming machine, roasting infrared unit, crimping machine, drier-cooler, hopper for flakes. Line is additionally equipped with a system for cleaning and conditioning biogas consisting of a steam generator, a hydrogen sulphide purification column, a carbon dioxide purification column, filter-separator, buffer tank, heat exchangers, water regeneration column and refrigerator. Cleaned biogas - biomethane is directed along two flows: on gas burners of roasting infrared unit and on burners of steam generator.

EFFECT: technical result consists in implementation of energy-saving technology of production of feedstuffs, higher quality of feedstuffs and improved environmental situation due to processing of livestock complex wastes.
