FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: optic unit of proximity fuse of ammunition includes an optic emission source, a collimating lens, a focusing lens and a photoreceiver. A cylindrical lens is installed after the collimating lens, and a photosensitive cell of the photoreceiver is made in the form of a matrix of M≥1 independent rows with N≥1 independent photosensitive cells in each row, which have individual outputs. Length of the matrix of N cells, which is located along an equatorial plane of ammunition, is comparable to focus distance of the focusing lens.

EFFECT: increasing probability of detection of small-sized targets and selection of low-flying targets against the underlying surface.
