FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains carbon, silicone, manganese, chrome, nickel, copper, molybdenum, vanadium, calcium, aluminium, niobium, titanium, rare-earth elements (REE), iron and inevitable impurities at the following component ratio, wt %: carbon 0.25-0.60, silicone 0.10-1.50, manganese 0.20-1.30, chrome 0.30-1.90, nickel 0.70-2.0, copper not more than 0.45, molybdenum 0.10-0.90, vanadium 0.001-0.40, calcium 0.0001-0.01, aluminium 0.005-0.1, niobium 0.001-0.20, titanium 0.001-0.20, REE 0.0001-0.005, and iron and inevitable impurities are the rest. In addition, steel can contain 0.0001-0.005% of boron and it has mainly a bainite-martensite structure.
EFFECT: high strength, ductility and resistance to high impact loads.
