FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to construction of underwater pipelines. The method includes the following stages: formation of a loop from the first rope (10) around a pulley (22), connected with the free end of a pipeline (2), fixation of the end of the first rope (10) at one side in a floating facility (1) for installation of pipelines and winding or unwinding of the first rope (10) at the other side by means of the first block (8), located on the floating facility (1) for installation of pipelines and having the first weight-carrying ability. At the same time the first rope (10) is connected at one side to the second rope (11), driven by the second block (9), installed on the floating facility (1) for installation of pipelines and having the second weight-carrying ability, which is less than the first weight-carrying ability. The method also includes stages of selective fixation of the end of the first rope (10) in the floating facility (1) and selective release of the first rope (10) from the floating facility (1) for lowering or lifting of the pipeline (2), jointly using the first and second ropes (10, 11), by means of winding or unwinding of the first and second ropes (10, 11) by means of the first and second blocks (8, 9).
