METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF PACKAGES OF GLAZING ELEMENTS OF ENCLOSING STRUCTURES OF BUILDINGS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC E06B3/67

Abstract RU 2546457 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: in the method for production of packages of glazing elements of the enclosing structures of buildings, consisting of sheets of glass, mounted with gap between them, which is filled with gas and sealed with installation of fixing pads along the perimeter of glass, coated with layer of sealing cement, in accordance with the invention filling of gap is carried out with gas that absorbs the heat (infrared) radiation, having in its composition three or more atoms. When gas is supplied, the values of gas pressure P1 and temperature T1 are set greater than these parameters for the environment in order to establish the pressure of R1 = Patm after hermetisation of interval between glasses due to gas cooling in the interval, which prevents the gas flow, wherein the ratio of the initial and end parameters after filling the parameters shall comply with the relation P 1 P a t m = Т 1 Т 2 . Both individual antireflection gases and their mixtures are used as antireflection gases. When using the mixture of antireflection gases, their composition is selected so that the radiation ranges of individual gases create the radiation spectrum close to the continuous spectrum typical for the "gray" body, taking into account the selectivity of emission of gases,. In order to guarantee the given composition and displacement of air from clearance of the amount of gas supplied to fill the chamber, exceeds its volume by 3-4 times.

EFFECT: development of the improved heat-insulating element of multiple glass unit that has no disadvantages of conventional vacuum multiple glass units, multiple glass units, filled with gas, with low thermal conductivity and glass articles with coating of zinc oxide or other materials with high reflecting capacity and cost.
