SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation mechanism with universal data communication in building system engineering with at least one mechanical bussed link and at least one interface module. The mechanical bussed link and the interface module have corresponding standard mechanical interfaces. The standard mechanical interface of the mechanical bussed link is connected to control logic which includes a bussed link and memory. The standard mechanical interface of the interface module is connected to a communication interface which forms a user interface/data transfer interface. Different interface modules can be connected to different communication interfaces by a mechanical bussed link.
EFFECT: shorter time for maintenance of a data transfer system.
