FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to support communication systems, namely to central unit of door communication system. For this purpose, central unit (1) of door communication system comprises interface (2) of door communication system for connection of door (9) and (11) stations by bus (6) of door communication system and interface (3) of building engineering system for connecting devices (16, 18, 21, 22) of building engineering system, such as actuators and/or pickups at bus (7) of building engineering system. Besides, central unit includes programmable logic (4) of assessment, connected with interface (2) of door communication system, and interface (3) of building engineering system, and programming interface (5) connected to programmable logic (4) of assessment. At that, programmable logic (4) of assessment independently performs functions of control and switching and converts event, activated in one direction by devices (9, 11) of door communication system, switching function and/or control, which shall be devices (16, 18, 21, 22) of building engineering system, particularly actuating elements, as well as convert events, activated in opposite direction by devices (16, 18, 21, 22) of building engineering system, particularly sensors in switching function and/or control, which shall be executed by devices (9, 11) of door communication system.

EFFECT: enabling combination of building engineering system events with events of door communication system.
