SUBSTANCE: device comprises the first resistive ladder formed by resistors connected to switches which are controlled by a binary coded input signal, a second resistive ladder formed by resistors connected to switches which are controlled by an inverted binary coded input signal, wherein both ladders are connected to each other such that resistors in the links are connected in parallel; the ratio of the resistances of the first and second ladders is selected according to the expression: (m+1)/(m-1), where m is the ratio of supply voltage to double the amplitude of the output signal.

EFFECT: improved manufacturability of the converter.
