FIELD: mining operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining operations and interaction of the section of powered support with geomechanical processes in the rock massif, namely in the capsule of the thermodynamic balance. The section of powered support of supporting-shield type, shield or shield-supporting type is proposed, consisting of supporting and shield elements, a four-link chain, and a base with hydraulic racks interconnected pivotally, at that the section of powered support is connected to the linear section-spout of the lava conveyor through the shifting beam. The hydraulic racks have a finger which ends are cylindrical, as well as the finger itself, whereby the finger is not displaced on the stoppers in the mounting seat of the supporting or the shield element, thereby not changing the angle of inclination of the hydraulic rack where the upper part of the hydraulic rack is not inclined in the fore-head. In addition, the linear section-spout of the lava conveyor is rigidly or pivotally connected through the jack with the shifting beam of the lava conveyor at the side of the fore-head, and at the side of the jack a hinge connection remains, whereby the section of powered support and the linear section-spout of the lava conveyor with the shifting beam are made with the ability to perform the function of the mobile hydraulic valve in the side rocks and the lock in the capsule of the thermodynamic balance.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of operation of the section of powered support, a significant reduction in the danger of mining operations in lava, increasing the life of the section of powered support.
