METHOD FOR ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION OF MECHANISED LINING SECTION (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC E21D23/00

Abstract RU 2387841 C2

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, namely, to method of assembly and operation of support-barrier and barrier-support mechanised linings of cleaning complexes in development of coal beds by underground method. Method for assembly and operation of support-barrier section of mechanised lining includes delivery of section into assembly chamber in transport position, where hydraulic stands are reduced, and their upper part is taken out from mount seat of support element, rotation of lining section relative to face, installation of lining section in row to already mounted section, opening of lining section from transport position, for this purpose support element is lifted upwards, upper part of hydraulic stands is brought into mount seats of support element, section is moved to face, and lining section is spread. Opening of support-barrier section of mechanised lining from transport position is carried out by means of its setting, for this purpose goaf part of support element and upper part of barrier element are shifted to the side of goaf board in mount chamber, connection unit between support and barrier elements is installed in upper angle of mount chamber goaf board, and hydraulic stands are inclined to the side of goaf board of mount chamber. Also method is suggested for assembly and operation of barrier-support sections of mechanised linings.

EFFECT: improved safety of mining works, increased efficiency labour, increased service life of cleaning complex, absence of undesirable contact of working element of cleaning combine with support element of lining section, reduction of blower extraction of methane gas
