SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical equipment of forest management and, in particular, to machines for harvesting and planting trees. The machine comprises a chassis, an engine, an operator cab and technological equipment. The technological equipment comprises a claw-like felling unit. The claw-like felling unit is made with the ability to rotate about the axis of the stump for bursting the stump parts in different directions and clearing a space for planting seedlings. The technological equipment is additionally provided with a cassette with seedlings, which is mounted on the claw-like felling unit.

EFFECT: productivity is increased due to the synchronism of the process of cutting trees and planting seedlings.
