FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal cutting machines. Proposed machine comprises T-like two-component bed, tool spindle with spindle head, spindle slides. Note here that bed first component accommodates opposed T-like props and tool spindle arranged there between. Spindle body is articulated with elements of parallel kinematics mechanism composer of hinge-lever links. Said links displace tool spindle in two axis in vertical plane by vertical displacement of slides running over top flanges of T-like section of props. Note here that slides run in props owing to screw-nut gearing. Note also the hinge-lever links are articulated with slides while parallel kinematics mechanism elements are protected against the ingress of chips at bed first component by jacket secured over the perimeter of said component. Said jacket is composed of the surface of rectangular parallelepiped that covers the location of props with tool spindle. Said tool spindle comprises drive motor and tool spindle, for example cutter spindle. Slide assembly displacing in the table horizontal plane is arranged at bed second component in horizontal first component of the bed firs component and perpendicular therewith. Note here that said slide assembly displaces in parallel guides rigidly secured at other part of T-shape bed, perpendicular to tool spindle displacement plane. Bed to support the workpiece is arranged at slide assembly perpendicular to horizontal plane of its displacement to turn about its axis.
EFFECT: simplified design, lower metal input, lower costs.
