SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the system of electric plugging device with gate (100), which locks access to the first element of the plugging device, for example, to plug receptacle (1). The gate (100) comprises rotary ring (120), which is connected through connecting elements (121, 131, 131') to at least one screen (130, 130') so that its rotation leads to motion of screen (130, 130') from its closed position to open one. Ideally the device should include fixing members (132') locking rotation of the rotary ring (120) and/or gate (130,130') in closed position until pressure is not applied to screen (130, 130'). Besides the device may include locking members (133') preventing opening of the screen (130, 130') at direct impact to it.
EFFECT: providing safe and reliable control of the authorised access to the element of plugging device, which can be implemented in limited space.
