FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of enrichment of minerals, specifically to equipment for filtration of liquids in coal industry, in particular, to filtration of suspensions under pressure, and drying of residue with compressed air. A cartridge filter comprises a vertical steel vessel with a conical welded bottom and an elliptical flap cover, nozzles for reception of initial suspension, discharge of suspension surplus, discharge of filtrate and residue, filtering cartridges, assembled in a common collector. Inside each cartridge there is a solid tube with a hole in the lower part for removal of filtrate and spent air from cavity of cartridges into the collector, which is installed in the body on the elastic base, providing for its oscillations with amplitude of up to 2 mm. A vibrator is fixed on the collector body.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of residue drying.
