FIELD: treatment plants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtering devices. Device comprises swirling chamber, connected to conical filtering chamber, wherein filtration element is located, and it is equipped with necessary process branch pipes. Filtration element represents perforated frame with cover of Lavsan, Caprone, or polyacrylonitrile fibre, fixed on its outer side surface. In inner cavity of element, perforated collector is located with nipple to discharge filtrate. Filtration element at ends is closed by two lids. Upper lid is rigidly fixed in device housing. Bottom lid is rigidly connected to collector, is installed into bearing, and is turnable using lever, together with collector, at angle of 15-35°. Due to deformation of cover and dynamic action of suspension, efficient regeneration of filtering element is provided. Sealing of collector input zones into swirling chamber, and into inner cavity of filtration element is provided by gland seals.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency and improved quality of phase separation.
