SUBSTANCE: method of buckwheat desiccation comprises preliminary pre-harvest desiccation of plants and grain with the following direct harvesting. Desiccation of plants and grain is carried out with microwave radiation directed to the buckwheat plants, with the power of 0.5-2.0 kW. Exposure to radiation is carried out for a time of 2-15 s.
EFFECT: simplification of buckwheat desiccation with minimal loss of crop.
