FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method of prevention and suppression of self-ignition of rock dumps comprising the injection of antipyrogen solution into a rock dump is offered. Antipyrogen is fed via the punched pipeline laid in bulk rocks along the dump perimeter along its edges. Meanwhile antipyrogen feeding is alternated with inert gas supply via pipeline. Also the distance from surface to the punched pipeline exceeds the depth of frost penetration in rocks in winter time.
EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of the method of prevention and suppression of self-ignition of rock dumps.
