SUBSTANCE: device has a capillary feed system with an oral care ingredient solution container. The container includes an absorbent capillary porous pad. The pad extends through at least a section of a unit for solution delivery onto the floss. When the floss extends through the porous pad holding the oral care ingredient(s), the porous pad activates (e.g. covers, impregnates, saturates) the floss.

EFFECT: as a result, the user has new advantages, such as better cleaning depth, new flavours, better ability to dissolve dental plaques, facilitating use of the floss and manipulation, whitening and introducing the active therapeutic substances into gingival pockets.
