SUBSTANCE: proposed are dispensing devices for oral care and an oral care system, which implements the said dispensing device. In one embodiment, the dispenser may comprise a bushing, having an axial passage, in which the drive component is connected with possibility of rotation. Bushing contains a segmented narrowed section and the unsegmented main section, contains a plurality of protrusions entering into the axial passage.
EFFECT: driving component comprises at least one resilient lever, which interacts with the plurality of projections for the acoustic signal generation during relative turning.
