FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of purification includes tangential supply of initial oil in a prefilter 6, in which under the influence of electrostatic charges and flow swirling the separation of mechanic-admixtures and water coagulation occur. Partially purified oil in the prefilter is separated into two flows, one of which in the circulation circuit is subjected to additional purification and mixed with an initial oil flow, and the second flow from the prefilter is supplied to a filter of fine purification 19, at the output of which the collection of water vapours, purified oil and watered mechanic-admixtures is realised. The technical oil flow is influenced by a magnetic field with the intensity of 0.06 A/m and frequency of 0.8 MHz until the kinematic viscosity of the technical oil is reduced by 10% from an initial value and with the realisation of shock-wave supply into the prefilter 6 with the frequency of 0.33 Hz and speed of 2.4 m/sec. The second flow from the prefilter before the supply to a fine filter is heated to 70°C and injected in an additional tangential separator 12, from which under the influence of 75 kPa depression a vapour-air mixture is collected. Partially purified oil is forced into the fine filter from a polymer of the spatial-globular structure with the pore size of 0.4-0.6 mcm.

EFFECT: increased quality of technical oil purification.
