FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to deep cleaning, regeneration and recovery of industrial and energy oils, lubricant-coolant (hereinafter – LC) at their operation and storage sites. In particular, the invention relates to a device for deep cleaning, regeneration and recovery of industrial, energy oils and lubricant-coolant, comprising a heat-insulated housing, in which there are a dirty oil tank, inlet coarse filters, cleaning units, a regeneration unit, an additive input unit, a fine filter unit, a clean oil tank and are connected to each other by means of pipelines containing a set of shutoff and control valves, wherein the cleaning units are: a circulating cleaning unit, a thermal gravity cleaning unit, a thermal vacuum cleaning unit, each of which contains a pump for supplying oil to the unit, an oil heater with a temperature sensor, a unit of fine filters. Circulation cleaning unit comprises a centrifugal separator and a receiver for receiving oil from the circulation plant connected by a pipeline; thermal gravity cleaning unit comprises connected by a pipeline pumps for pumping residual dirty oil and pumping clean oil and a tank of a thermal gravity plant with oil inlet devices; thermal vacuum treatment unit comprises a vacuum column connected by means of a pipeline with a sprayer, a vacuum pump, a vapour and gas trap, a pump for pumping degassed oil into the purified oil line; regeneration unit comprises a receiver connected by means of a pipeline with an oil heater and a pump for supplying oil thereto, adsorbers with an adsorbent and a pump for supplying heated oil to the adsorbers, a unit of fine filters; additive introduction unit contains a container and a stirring device located in it.
EFFECT: obtaining deeply purified oil and cutting fluid by means of additional cleaning units, such as a circulation cleaning unit and a thermal vacuum cleaning unit, as well as a combination of serial and parallel cleaning and regeneration circuits.
