FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to purification of fluids of oil origin, where effective cleaning of fluids with high volume of contaminants is required. Proposed plant comprises cylindrical housing 1, cleaned motor fuel forced feed branch pipe 3, fixed in horizontal baffle 14 in the form of truncated cone, hydrodynamic filter element 17 to make annular gap 20. In horizontal partition wall 14 there are angular nozzle headers 16 arranged to move in vertical and horizontal planes. In cylindrical cavity 21 of filter element 17 smaller blind base 18 has the shape of two-stroke cycloid of rotation, and along the entire height of its wall through inclined channels 22 are made at an acute angle α to horizontal plane. Plant additionally comprises hollow nozzle 23 and a unit for shock-wave regeneration of the filter element with cleaned motor fuel from accumulation tank 30. Hollow nozzle 23 is made in the form of truncated cone, is installed in annular gap 20 and is fixed by end of smaller diameter in bottom 10 of housing 1 without contact with filtering element 17. Along perimeter in hollow nozzle 23 under filtering element 17 there are radial holes 24. Shock wave regeneration unit is made in the form of hydraulic line, in which pump 31 is installed, its suction branch pipe through shutoff valve 32 is connected to storage container 28, and pressure branch pipe – to normally open solenoid valve 26 and cleaned fuel discharge line to accumulation tank 28.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of engine fuel cleaning by filtering due to uniform swirling in whole volume and constancy of high-speed flows of supply and removal of liquid medium, as well as pulse regeneration of filtering element.
