SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to diagnostics. Registration of an electrocardiosignal in a patient, which is used to calculate HR and parameters of the left ventricle haemodynamics, is performed. HR value is determined by an original formula. After that AP is calculated on the basis of haemodynamics parameters by an original formula.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to provide the fast diagnostics of traumatic shock within one cardiocycle and increase reliability due to taking into account the haemodynamic parameters.
